CD PROJEKT RED has announced that Cyberpunk 2077 has officially sold 20 million copies since its release in December 2020.

This indicates a dramatic pick-up in sales over the past few months. 2 million, to be precise, as the publisher announced it had sold 18 million copies in April of this year.

For the uninitiated, Cyberpunk 2077 is a first-person action RPG inspired by the Cyberpunk tabletop game created by Mike Pondsmith in 1988. The game is set in the future where the lines between man and machine are blurred against the backdrop of the Blade Runner inspired Night City. Themes of identity, corporate greed, and much more are present within the game.

While Jujutsu Kaisen 0 is a solid film and a great addition to the Jujutsu Kaisen canon overall, it also raises plenty of questions. Key among them is a rather simple one, though its answer has major implications for the rest of the series proper: Where is Yuta during the events of Jujutsu Kaisen Season 1, and why does it take him so long to reappear in the series proper? Why Is Yuta Not in Jujutsu Kaisen Season 1? Answered

The reason Yuta Okkotsu doesn’t show up in Jujutsu Kaisen Season 1 is simple: He’s currently off training with Miguel from Jujutsu Kaisen 0.

This is hinted at during the final scene of Jujutsu Kaisen 0, where Yuta meets Miguel in Africa following the events of the film.

Despite their being part of different factions during the Night of 100 Demons, they’re on good terms and Miguel welcomes Yuta for what seems to be an extended stay. Satoru Gojo then appears, hinting at the fact that he’s the one who set this series of events up in exchange for letting Miguel off the hook for his actions.

It’s a minor scene in the grand scheme of Jujutsu Kaisen 0’s plot, but carries a lot of importance for the wider series as a whole. Likewise, it properly connects Jujutsu Kaisen 0 to the plot of Jujutsu Kaisen proper, making all of the events of the film canon to the larger series.

For the second anniversary of Genshin Impact, HoYoVerse has released six new commercials in Japanese. Most of them are very similar, barring one where Cyno and Paimon introduce Sumeru characters together. They feature narration from Aoi Koga (Paimon), Miyu Irino (Cyno), and Yukari Tamura (Nahida, Qiqi).

In "Introducing Genshin Friends Part 4," Cyno gives a very quick summary of the playable Sumeru characters prior to Version 3.0. For example, Tighnari is ‘Ranger Leader’ and Dori is ‘Greedy Merchant.’ However, when he introduces Paimon, he says ‘Kawaisa Ippaimon,’ which can translate to 'Pai-les of adorableness.'  The original is a pun on Paimon's name and 'ippai,' which means 'lots.' Though Paimon blushes, Cyno quickly laments that it wasn’t funny, to Paimon’s ire.

PlayStation has revealed the October 2022 PlayStation Plus games for next month: Hot Wheels Unleashed, Superhot, and Injustice 2. 

All Premium, Extra, and Essential PS Plus members can add these games to their libraries and download them starting next month, on October 4. You'll have until October 31 to add them to your library. As for September's games, which are Need For Speed: Heat, Granblue Fantasy Versus, and Toem, players have until October 3 to add them to their libraries.

Yesterday, Ryan Reynolds broke the internet when he revealed the official release date for Deadpool 3, which is scheduled to arrive in theaters on September 6, 2024.

Not only will Reynolds reprise his role as the merc with the mouth, but the actor revealed that Hugh Jackman will appear as Wolverine after he retired from the role with 2017’s Logan.

While that’s all great to hear, many fans were wondering how Wolverine is alive after the events of Logan and how his appearance fits within the MCU’s timeline. Luckily, Reynolds released a video on YouTube where he and Jackman attempted to explain this.

In their video, Reynolds explains that Wolverine did die in Logan but Deadpool 3 won’t retcon the events established in the X-Men timeline. “Logan died in Logan. Not Touching that,” Reynolds says. He and Jackman then attempt to “discuss” what Deadpool 3 will be about. But, in typical Deadpool fashion, their synopsis for the movie is ruined as Wham’s “Wake Me Up, Before You Go-Go” is spliced over their rundown of the plot. The two then thank the president of Marvel Studios Kevin Feige.

If you’re like most Jujutsu Kaisen fans, the prospect of seeing Satoru Gojo and Suguru Geto together in Jujutsu Kaisen 0 was likely a big selling point. After all, both are the powerhouses of their respective factions and prodigies of the Jujutsu Sorcerers, capable of leveling entire armies with their unique abilities. Seeing as how the two don’t face off directly during the film though, you wouldn’t be blamed for wondering: Is Geto stronger than Gojo in Jujutsu Kaisen, or is it the other way around?

We were curious as to what the answer was ourselves, and after doing some research, we’ve found some potential answers. Do be warned, though, that we’ll be digging into material from the Flashback arc and the Shinjuku arc for information, meaning you’ll need to be up to at least the end of the Shinjuku arc if you don’t want to be spoiled by this article.

Is Gojo Stronger Than Geto in Jujutsu Kaisen 0?

It should be made clear right away that in almost every situation, Gojo would annihilate Geto in a straight-up fight in Jujutsu Kaisen.

This is because Satoru Gojo is basically a MacGuffin of a character. Hailed as the strongest Jujutsu Sorcerer of all time, he’s capable of manipulating space however he sees fit through his Limitless Cursed Technique. He can keep enemies from ever getting close to him, manipulate an attack’s trajectory before it hits him, and otherwise control where any given object or matter is in relation to him.

Even if an enemy manages to damage him, he’s capable of healing himself using Reversed Cursed Energy. This is how he survived a mortal wound from Fushiguro Toji, and can bounce back from even the most deadly wound in an instant.

Season of Plunder is beginning to reach the halfway point, and now in week six, a new seasonal challenge was released where players must venture out to defeat Powerful Cabal. Powerful Cabal are identified as any Cabal enemy with a Orange or Yellow health bar. Strikes would normally be a go to option for this situation, but we have other methods. So today, let’s discuss how to farm Powerful Cabal in Destiny 2.

Warner Bros Discovery is facing allegations of misleading shareholders about HBO Max’s subscription numbers.

In a report from The Wrap, we learn that a lawsuit has been filed last Friday in New York by the Collinsville Police Pension Board, an Illinois-based shareholder of Warner Bros. Discovery stock, who claimed that WBD lied about HBO Max’s Subscription numbers and is seeking a jury trial for “monetary damages” claiming three separate securities and exchange commission violations:

“WarnerMedia was improvidently concentrating its investments in streaming and ignoring its other business lines … [and] overstated the number of subscribers to HBO Max by as many as 10 million subscribers, by including as subscribers AT&T customers who had received bundled access to HBO Max, but had not signed onto the service.”

It also alleges that AT&T, Warner Bros.’s previous owner, overinvested in WarnerMedia entertainment content for “streaming without sufficient concern for return on investments,” claiming that Warner Media had a business model to increase its subscriber number “without regard to cost or profitability.”

The lawsuit names WBD, CEO David Zaslav, and CFO Gunnar Wiedenfels as defendants.

The Witness is drawing ever closer in Destiny 2. This past year we learned the existence of not only The Witness himself but also his disciples.
