The official Twitter for The First Slam Dunk has uploaded a short trailer (just under twenty seconds) to tease the upcoming movie. It will air in Japan on December 3, 2022. Toei Animation and Dandelion Animation Studio will produce the movie, with original author Takehiko Inoue serving as the writer and director. There is no news as of yet in regards to a Western release.

Takehiko Inoue first announced the upcoming film on Twitter in 2021. Though the original show, which aired from 1993 to 1996, used traditional animation, The First Slam Dunk will be computer animated. Toei Animation was the original studio to work on the 90’s anime as well. So far, there is no news on if the cast will reprise their roles. There is also no information on the plot of the movie.

Slam Dunk is the seventh best-selling manga series in history, with 170 million copies in circulation. It follows the story of Hanamichi Sakuragi, a delinquent at Shohoku High School. One day, he meets Haruko Akagi and falls in love with her. Akagi introduces him to the high school’s basketball team, where he is a natural despite his somewhat bad attitude. The story follows Sakuragi as he learns to love the sport, as well as the team's journey to fame.

The First Slam Dunk will debut in theaters in Japan on December 3, 2022.

Instead, all you need to do is open up the Pause menu by pressing the Options button on PS4 or the Menu button on Xbox One.

Then, scroll down to the Gameplay menu. It’ll be the second option available to you, right below the Save tab.

From this menu, scroll down to the Gameplay tab. There, you’ll see the options to turn Auto-Aging on or off for both your Played Sims and your Unplayed Sims.

In IGN’s interview with Square Enix, the Crisis Core: FFVII Reunion development team discussed its intentions behind certain decisions. Producers Mariko Sato and Yoshinori Kitase talked about how the game will be a remaster of the original, as well. They said that while the story and core elements will remain faithful to the original, it will have updated graphics and a new voice cast.

The development team will overhaul the graphics of Crisis Core to match the standards of FFVII Remake, and the soundtrack will consist of new arrangements. The PC version, in particular, will target 120 FPS. The PS5 and Xbox Series X versions of the game will run at 60 FPS. Sato did not mention the Nintendo Switch version's target framerate, though she did say it will run at different resolution. According to the development team, it wanted to make the Crisis Core remaster as accessible as possible. Hence, they're targeting a wide number of platforms.

Regarding gameplay, while the DMW (Digital Mind Wave system) from Crisis Core will remain the same, it will be easier to link Zack’s attacks. One major change will be to how you can use Limit Breaks. In Crisis Core Reunion, you will be able to use them at any time you wish. Previously, you had to wait until they appeared in the DMW.

Today Square Enix released a new trailer of the upcoming tactics JRPG The DioField Chronicle.

The trailer confirms the Japanese release date on September 21 announced a few days ago, while Steam is the only platform that will get the name on September 22.

Square Enix has not officially announced the western release date, but it’s confirmed on Steam and PlayStation Store on September 22, so that’s the most likely date for other platforms as well. Said platforms are PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, PC, and Nintendo Switch.

The trailer showcases a look at battle campaign gameplay, on top of cutscenes, and the introduction of the main characters.

For those that continue to hone their assassination skills in IO Interactive’s Hitman 3, this month brings something new to add to your fun. Following the announcement back in May, we now know that the new Ambrose Island map will be coming to Hitman 3 on July 26 thanks to a reveal trailer for the location.

As the description reads, Ambrose Island “is a hidden cove, home to a dangerous pirate syndicate operating in the Andaman Sea and to many hidden secrets.” Players will have the freedom to explore this sandbox location, eliminate a variety of new targets, and enjoy the many gameplay opportunities that lie in wait. There will also be many challenges and unlockable rewards to incentivize players to be the best assassin they can be.

Today Microsoft and third-party developers had interesting news to share about Microsoft Flight Simulator and its add-ons.

First of all, the beta of Sim Update 10 is scheduled to release tomorrow, July 8, at 8:00 am PDT (15:00Z).

The update notes will be shared when the beta goes live. The full release is scheduled for August 23.

A new release comes from LatinVFR, and it’s an Airbus A321neo with a pretty big caveat. Basically, it’s not a high-fidelity aircraft, but it’s based on the flight deck and systems of the default A320neo, with some modifications. The developer already mentioned that it won’t officially support the FlyByWire systems, even if plans to eventually improve the systems independently exist.

Nintendo has just announced that Pokemon Puzzle League, which was originally released on the Nintendo 64 back in 2000, will soon be coming to the Nintendo Switch Online + Expansion Pack subscription service.

In Pokemon Puzzle League, you join Ash, Brock, Misty, and other characters from the Pokemon anime to compete to become the Pokemon Puzzle Master. It’s a game that combines puzzle strategy as well as Pokemon strength skills.

Nintendo revealed that the game would be coming to the online service with a nostalgic trailer that features both a scene from the animated show as well as puzzle gameplay.

In order to play Pokemon Puzzle League and the rest of the Nintendo 64 games on the Switch, you’ll need the Expansion Pack upgrade to the base online membership. This upgraded membership costs $49.99 per year for an individual membership and $79.99 for a family plan of up to eight people.

Pokemon Puzzle League will be the eighth Nintendo 64 game to be added to this expansion pack service of games since it began last year. The Phantom Thieves are coming. Developer TrueDog confirmed that its mobile strategy-RPG Alchemy Stars and Persona 5 will cross over on July 14, 2022. The event, titled "Heist Under A Moonlit Night", will bring the characters of Persona 5 Royal to Astra, the world of Alchemy Stars. There players will be able to acquire playable versions of the Phantom Thieves for use in their own parties. TourDog is also holding a social media contest for fans to win merchandise from either Persona 5 or Alchemy Stars.

The story of "Heist on a Moonlit Night" revolves around the Phantom Thieves battling Shadows in Umbraton, a city and faction in Astra. The Phantom Thieves are seeking the source of the Shadows and why they're appearing in Alchemy Stars' world.

Alchemy Stars players participating in the Persona 5 crossover event will be able to acquire playable versions of Joker, Mona, Queen, Violet, and Fox. All will be dressed in their Phantom Thief outfits. Mona will be obtainable for free, as players who log during the event will receive him. Other characters will be obtainable through the Collab Exclusive Recruitment or Thief Companion Selection Box.

Today Atlus released its daily trailer of the upcoming JRPG Soul Hackers 2, focusing on one of the demons that will be featured in the game.

This time we get to take a look at Cerberus, one of the most classic demons of the Megami Tensei serie which also appeared in the recent Shin Megami Tensei V.

Like most daily trailers, we also get the daily horoscope, which sees Taurus at the top of the fortune ranking and Sagittarius at the bottom.
