Artwork for the skins also included one of Dune's big ol' sandworms, though now with Fishstick's head. Long-time Dune fans reacted with typical skepticism as their beloved series was brought into 21st century pop culture.

1990's ActRaiser is special. Most video games released in the late '80s tasked you with saving a princess from a dragon. ActRaiser says, “Hey, would you mind playing God with the people living on the demon-scarred land you just liberated? They're really squishy and helpless. Thanks, you’re a peach."
The game's developer, Quintet, was pretty special, too. Once a branch of Enix before the latter joined with Squaresoft in 2003, Quintet was behind a lot of SNES-era RPGs that are still fondly remembered today, such Illusion of Gaia and Terranigma. They’re all solid adventures that share a canon, albeit vaguely, and tackle some pretty heavy subject matter, including colonialism, poverty, and the slave trade. Alas, Quintet disbanded when Square Enix was born, and most of its team scattered to the winds. There’s been a Q-shaped hole in my heart ever since, so I hope I can be excused for yelling like a madwoman when ActRaiser Renaissance made a surprise debut at the September 2021 Nintendo Direct presentation.
My heart sinks every time I accept a quest in MMORPG New World, which isn't ideal. These are tickets to adventure, to discovery, to that sweet, sweet EXP. Games are complicated pieces of technology and thought, and, in truth, anyone can have an opinion about something. With the next phase of the MCU officially kicking off with the release of various TV shows on Disney+ like WandaVision and Falcon and the Winter Soldier, along with the recent Shang-Chi and the Legend of Ten Rings, it looked like Marvel was on track with a movie release schedule that promised non-stop hype and story progression for the next two years. However, the movies originally planned for 2022 and beyond have since been pushed back, presumably due to production concerns, according to a report from Deadline.
As all the stories of these movies are interconnected in some way or another, the release timing for these movies is important. Some projects need a bit more time to wrap things up before the audience can move on to the next one, and all of them have been pushed back slightly to accommodate for this.
Below are the new release dates for the 2022 and 2023 films, though Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 is still sticking with its May 2023 date for now.

Forza Horizon 5 is celebrating going gold in the lead up to its release on November 9. This industry milestone means development on the game is officially finished, with discs now being prepared for physical releases, and preparations being made for digital release.
Along with the announcement of going gold, Turn 10 Studios has taken the opportunity to reveal some of the licensed music that players will be able to listen to in-game. With the new entry in the series being set in a version of Mexico, the playlist includes a lot of Spanish-language artists from across Latin America, mixed in with some hits English-speaking players may already recognize.

Steam Deck is easily one of the most exciting announcements of 2021, as it looks like Valve’s looking to get into the handheld market with a powerful portable PC that can run all the games in your Steam library. Sure, the console itself looks a bit bulky and chunky, but it comes with a full controller layout and the prospect of taking your Steam games with you anywhere you go is very appealing indeed.
Valve has since gone a little more in-depth with regards to how users will be able to sort through games on the Steam Deck, and see which ones are most compatible with the device. You can check out the explanation video down below:
Essentially, all Verified games will run will on Deck, meaning that they’ve been tested and reviewed by Valve and should provide users with a good gaming experience even on handheld. There’s the Playable category, that indicates that a game will run on Deck, though you may need to tweak some settings to make it work better.
There’s the Unsupported category, which is for games that won’t function on the Steam Deck due to compatibility issues. All VR games, for instance, fall into this category. Finally, there’s the Unknown category, which simply means that these games haven’t been reviewed yet. Valve went on to confirm that categories for certain games may change over time as more updates release.
We got tons of news and announcements from this year’s DC Fandome, and amidst that glut of new trailers and videos, we also got to see more of the Injustice animated movie. It’s set to be released tomorrow on Blu-Ray and video, and DC has released a short clip from the movie, showing off our favorite superheroes in action.

The clip features Batman and Superman going head to head with each other before they’re interrupted by a common foe. We get to see them, along with Wonder Woman, team up and take care of those enemies before returning to the matter at hand.
The story is based on the Injustice series of comics, which also spawned a popular video game adaptation from NetherRealm Studios. It’s widely regarded as one of the best superhero games out there, though it remains to be seen whether the animated movie can live up to the hype.
