How Are You Feeling About the Future of Halo?

1 year 7 months ago

Though once the talk amongst FPS fans, Halo's popularity over the years has wavered even amongst the most dedicated fans. From its inception, it helped push the FPS genre forward on home consoles and was often considered one of the gold standards for an FPS on consoles. We've seen numerous sequels, prequels, and spin-offs; while some were successful, others were not. Even the most recent release, Halo Infinite, has drawn lots of criticism for its handling of the multiplayer mode and the lack of split-screen, Forge, and online co-op game modes, some of which are still not available nine months after launch.

It's no surprise that Halo Infinite hasn't set the world on fire due to these missing features that many expected at launch. Hopefully, when they add the content that fans have been asking for, it can one day fulfill what many hoped to be a return to form for the franchise. Forge mode, along with some new maps, weapons, and updates to the multiplayer, is scheduled for November. Still, the delay of season 3 to 2023 and the departure of developers show that ongoing development is still finding its way.

With Halo 3 recently celebrating its 15th anniversary, it's a great time to discuss the franchise's future. It still holds a lot of promise, but many are understandably concerned about its future, which brings us to today's topic -- How do you feel about the future of Halo?

Terra Invicta Early Access Review

1 year 7 months ago

I've called games ambitious before, but please believe me when I say that Terra Invicta is one of the wildest, strangest, and biggest ideas I've ever seen a single development team try to take on. All at once it's a grand strategy-scale geopolitics simulator, an alien-invasion battler, and a hard sci-fi solar system industrialization simulator with integrated real-time newtonian-physics-driven fleet combat. But while I got sucked into its world, that fresh mix of ideas suffers from some very conventional strategy game failures in its interface, accessibility, and balance.

One part of Terra Invicta is an engaging simulation of a world where secret coalitions manipulate its nations. They fight in the shadows over humanity's response to the threat of an alien invasion, managing national allegiances, research, economies, espionage, and militaries. You take control of one of these seven factions, each of which has its own unique asymmetric victory conditions, and command their leadership council to build a movement that can reach your goals in a fascinating, ever-shifting political landscape.

The other part of it is a detailed simulation of human expansion into the solar system, including the militarization and industrialization of space, the likes of which I've never seen in a video game. It's complete with real-time space combat and years-long travel between solar bodies. Using a jaw-dropping array of near-future and science fiction techs, you're expected to figure out how best to build ships, colonies, and stations able to produce the space resources you need to win the fight.

Here’s how you’ll be able to report players in Phasmophobia.

Why Does Daemon Want to Stay in Pentos in House of the Dragon? Answered

1 year 7 months ago

House of the Dragon’s sixth episode jumps forward an entire decade, showing us drastic changes to the lives of the main cast, including Daemon Targaryen. He’s been living the good life in Pentos as of late, alongside his wife Laena Velaryon and their two children and one on the way. It’s understood Daemon and Laena have been away for several years, but why does Daemon want to stay in Pentos in House of the Dragon?

Why Daemon Is Staying in Pentos in House of the Dragon

Simply put: Daemon no longer wishes to participate in the politics of Westeros. It’s quite the change from the Daemon we saw at the start of House of the Dragon and practically mimics his brother’s feelings on politics as well.

Why go back? With dragons, Daemon, Laena, and their children are essentially free to travel the world (which they are), soaking up luxurious living every time they land in a Targaryen-aligned stronghold just as they do with the Prince of Pentos, Reggio. In fact, he’s ready to give him a castle and land.

Of course, that exchange comes with a cost: to fight when the time comes, and war is at their doorstep. Should Daemon accept that offer, he would have to defend Pentos with not only his dragon, but the other dragonriders as well.

What Is the Preox-Morlana Corporate Zone in Star Wars Andor? Answered

1 year 7 months ago

In the new Star Wars show Andor an important area of the galaxy is the Preox-Morlana Corporate Zone. The relationship between the Empire and the Preox-Molana Corporation is different from how the Empire normally operates in the Galaxy. To aid in your understanding of the show, here’s everything you need to know on what the Preox-Morlana Corporate Zone in Star Wars Andor is.

Preox-Morlana Corporate Zone in Andor Explained

The reason that there isn’t direct Imperial involvement in the events of the first few Andor episodes is that the show takes place in the Corporate Sector: a large area of the Galaxy where companies are in charge. This area has been a part of Star Wars since 1979 as the setting for the Han Solo trilogy–three books written by A.C. Crispin in the time period before A New Hope that became Legends content after Disney bought Lucasfilm. The Empire gives companies a lot of freedom to make money in exchange for freeing up its resources.

The Preox-Morlana Corporate Zone is a small piece of the Corporate Sector. Both Ferrix and Morlana One fall within the corporate zone, which becomes a big problem for Cassian Andor when law enforcement pursues him. The Empire requires the Preox-Morlana corporation to meet certain governing standards, as evidenced by the Chief Inspector’s trip to report on the crime rate.

How to Drag Back in FIFA 23

1 year 7 months ago

Skill moves can be a difference maker in tough FIFA matches, so if you’re struggling to breach an opposing team’s defense and need something to gain you that extra bit of space to make a play, here’s everything you need to know about how to do a drag back in FIFA 23.

What Drag Backs Do

A drag back is a skill move that allows you to change direction quickly. In football, it is sometimes referred to as the Cruyff turn, named after the legendary Dutch player Johann Cruyff who made the move famous back in the 1990s. Successfully pulling one off will see your player change direction 180 degrees and put space between them and the defender, which means you can then put in a cross or take a shot.

How to Do a Drag Back in FIFA 22

To drag back in FIFA 22, you need to hold both R1 and L1 on PS4 (LB and RB on Xbox One) while moving the left stick in the opposite direction to where your player with the ball is moving.

Do note that there’s an error of margin when pulling off a drag back, meaning that if your player is awkwardly positioned or you rush the move then there’s a chance they won’t pull it off successfully. You need to be precise with your controller inputs and save the Drag Back for the right moment. Don’t be tempted to spam the move as it simply won’t work.

That’s everything you should need to know about how to do a drag back in FIFA 23. For more tips and tricks on the game, search for Twinfinite or check out some of the related content listed below.

FIFA 23 Squad Battles Rewards: Release Time, How to Get Better Rewards & How to Claim Them

1 year 7 months ago

FIFA 23 Squad Battles rewards don’t tend to be as lucrative as its Division Rivals and FUT Champs equivalents, but they’re a nice little bonus and are far easier to get. As such, if you’ve wrapped up your Division Rivals and Champs games for the week, you might want to start playing the single-player mode to earn a few extra packs and Coins. In this guide, we’ll run you through Squad Battles rewards release times, how to get better rewards and how to claim them in-game.

What Is Squad Battles?

Squad Battles was introduced into Ultimate Team a few years ago now, and is a single-player mode where you’ll use your team to play against other players’ Ultimate Teams, controlled by the AI.

FIFA 23 will select a number of random teams from other players around the world. The better you perform, the more points you’ll earn for that game.

You can play 40 games against other players’ teams, as well as one against a ‘Featured’ team, and another against the ‘Team of the Week‘ for that week.

How to Get Better Squad Battle Rewards in FIFA 23

You’ll have 40 Squad Battles matches to complete — excluding the two aforementioned promotional teams made available — each week to earn points. The more points you earn, the better your Rank in the weekly competition.

Each Rank can only hold a certain percentage of players competing in Squad Battles that week. To get the highest rank, you’ll need to earn more Battle Points than other players in that week’s competition.

You can check what rewards you’re set to earn from Squad Battles by checking the ‘Leaderboard’ tab within the Squad Battle mode’s menus.

How to Score Bicycle Kicks in FIFA 23

1 year 7 months ago

There’s no bigger flex than pulling off a seemingly improbable shot from nowhere. Sure, it can provide quite the jolt against the computer, but to create that magic against another human? That feeling is tough to top. So with this guide, we’re going to talk you through everything you need to know in order to perform a bicycle kick in FIFA 23.

Bicycle Kick Guide for FIFA 23

As always, players have multiple options for when they want to take on the goalkeeper. Of course, certain times call for specific shots. And while we’re not advocating for you to attempt bicycle kicks all of the time, we’re also not, not advocating for that. In any case, depending on your platform, this is what you’ll need to know in order to attempt a bicycle kick in FIFA 23:

  • Xbox: LT + B
  • PS4 & PS5: L2 + Circle
  • Nintendo Switch: L + A

I know we’ve preached timing in previous guides as it pertains to shots in FIFA, but timing is quite crucial when it comes to delivering a bicycle kick. Players need to ensure the ball is above and behind the attacker they’re attempting to score while hitting these combinations, otherwise it’s not going to work. So while it may take a little bit of practice to nail down, that reward is more than worth it.

Oh, and the player you’re using is going to be important too. Pulling one off with Zlatan Ibrahimović—yes, all 40 years of him—is probably doable. But let’s say, well, Danny Ings? Maybe less so. Erling Haaland? Of course, he’s a human cheat code. Chris Wood? Harder to say. You get it.

Ratings make a difference, even when it comes to bicycle kicks. Yet that’s not all.

And when it comes to the FIFA franchise, being a little flashy is just part of the game. That is why with this guide, we’re going to break down how to perform a flair shot in FIFA 23.

  • Xbox: LT + B

Can You Do Shush Celebration in FIFA 23? Answered

1 year 7 months ago

The shush celebration was one of the most commonly used in past FIFA games, and so it’s understandable that people are wondering whether it’s returning in FIFA 23. Having not been included in the past few entries in EA Sports’ soccer series, some players may be hoping that it’s been brought back. However, you may be a little disappointed by the answer.

Is the Shush Celebration in FIFA 23?

We hate to be the bearers of bad news, but the shush celebration will not be in FIFA 23.

This shouldn’t come as a surprise for long-term fans of FIFA, as the shush celebration wasn’t in FIFA 22 and was last seen in FIFA 20. EA Sports opted to remove it as part of the changes that were made to the celebration section after scoring a goal.

The period was made shorter to reduce time-wasting and players’ attempts to get an upper hand by being toxic and trying to annoy their opponents into rage quitting.

While this may come as disappointing news to those who love nothing more than to try and get under the skin of their opponents online, you’ll be delighted to know there’s a new, equally infuriating celebration in the form of The Griddy that you can perform fairly easily in FIFA 23.

How to Fake Shot in FIFA 23 (Normal, Running & Speed Boost)

1 year 7 months ago

The 22/23 football seasons are underway and that also brings with it the release of FIFA 23. Regardless of which mode you pour the most time into, you’ll want to have a number of skills you can utilize when you’ve got the ball to buy you a bit of extra time, beat a defender, and ultimately score a goal. In this guide, we’ll talk you through how to fake shot in FIFA 23, including the inputs for the normal, running and speed boost variants on PlayStation, Xbox and PC.

Performing a Fake Shot in FIFA 23

The three different types of fake shot you can perform in FIFA 23 can be used in different scenarios to buy yourself a bit of time and space to whip in a cross or take a shot on goal.

The normal version is great if you want to keep the ball under close control. The running version allows you to change direction quickly while sprinting, while the acceleration fake shot is a longer animation but can buy your player a ton of space and time to have a shot on goal or whip a cross into the box.

The way you do a standard, running and speed boost fake shot is different though, requiring you to press different inputs.

How to Score Volleys in FIFA 23

1 year 7 months ago

Volleys are one of the most spectacular ways to score a goal, and they often prove devastatingly effective if you have the skill to pull them off. The latest iteration might not have changed things up too much, but it’s still important to give yourself a friendly reminder on how to hit the ball out of the air. In this guide, we’ll be talking you through how to score volleys in FIFA 23.

Shooting Volley Shots in FIFA 23

Volleying is pretty simple in FIFA 23 in regards to the actual button input. To do one, simply press Circle on PS4/ PS5 or B on Xbox One/ Xbox Series X|S when the ball is in the air and near your player.

Of course, the tricky part of volleying is the timing; only a well-timed shot to a player who has enough space to pull one off and can generate the necessary power to beat the keeper is going to actually score.

Our best advice is to feed your striker with a decent cross by pressing Square/ X into or around the edge of the box. As the ball travels through the air, take control of your striker who is about it hit it and press and hold Circle/ B to charge the shot, then use your left analog stick to aim your volley on target. Let go of Circle/ B when you feel as though you have enough power on your volley, then let it rip.

One key thing to keep in mind is that generally speaking, less power is better when it comes to volleys. You don’t want to overcook the shot and have it wildly fly over the crossbar. Instead, put a little less on it than you think is necessary, and that way, even if you don’t score, you’ll at least have a shot on target that tests the keeper. Typically, volleys tend to naturally have more pace and power than standard shots.

How to Low Cross in FIFA 23

1 year 7 months ago

When it comes to attacking scenarios in FIFA 23, there are certainly many options for the attacking side to cause some real damage. You can use a through ball to send your striker through, take a long shot from outside the box, or for some, crossing is the way to go. If you are wondering just how to do low crosses in FIFA 23, we have got the information you’ll need.

FIFA 23 Low Cross Controls Explained

There are two ways in which a low cross can be executed, a more traditional method and the other utilizing the driven pass mechanic. To perform a normal low cross, simply triple tap the cross button (Square on PS4/ PS5, X on Xbox One/ Xbox Series X|S, and Y on Nintendo Switch) and direct your cross with the left analog stick.

For more power and more speed, use the driven pass to get it to your attacking players’ feet quickly. To pull off a driven pass, just hold R1 and press X on PS4/ PS5, hold RB and press A on Xbox One/ Xbox Series X|S, or hold R and press B on Nintendo Switch. Remember to dictate the direction by using the left analog stick.

When it comes to effective crossing, learning how to mix things up is key, so the opponents are unable to predict your next move. Mix normal crosses with low crosses, and you will have a much better shot at scoring.

Now that you know all about low crosses in FIFA 23, it is time to enhance your skills further. Check out how to do the La Croqueta move, who the best Premier League players are, and master the chemistry system in FUT. Otherwise, you can check out more of our coverage below.

How to Initiate Attacking Runs in FIFA 23

1 year 7 months ago

Football without movement is a hard game to enjoy, and unless you are one of the most skilled players on the planet, chances are, a packed defence will prevent you from scoring. Knowing when to make runs can make your life easier on the offensive side of things, and that includes getting your teammates to make a move as well. Here’s everything you need to know on how to initiate attacking runs in FIFA 23.

How to Use Attacking Runs in FIFA 23

To have a teammate make an attacking run while in possession of the ball, simply press RB or R1. This will send a nearby teammate steaming ahead into space, and give you another option to move the ball further up the field.

This if referred to as ‘Call for Support’ in the game’s Controller Settings menus, but this is what you’re primarily going to be using it for.

When you have multiple runners, the defence is less likely able to predict where you are going to attack them from. It could be using wingers to stretch the backline and make the middle less congested, or beating the offside trap using a speedy striker. By committing numbers forward, you are forcing the defenders to do the same on their end, and mistakes can lead to openings.

Do it effectively, and you will always have enough space to make the next move, be it a shot on goal or another killer pass to create an opportunity.

That’s everything you need to know on how to initiate attacking runs in FIFA 23. If you need more tips, tricks and guides, be sure to check out our other FIFA 23 content on the site.

How to Score Chip Shots in FIFA 23

1 year 7 months ago

In a game like football, being one on one with the goalkeeper doesn’t always mean you’ll score. In fact, with the best goalkeepers out there, it can be even more daunting to be up close and personal with them. However, a normal shot isn’t your only option, and if you are trying to be cheeky, you will need to know everything about how to score a chip shot in FIFA 23.

FIFA 23 Chip Shot Controls

Similar to real-life games, seeing a goalkeeper get chipped is always going to be an impressive feat. To do the same in FIFA 23, this is what you will have to do depending on the system you are playing on.

PlatformChip Shot Input
PlayStation 4/PS5Hold L1 and press Circle
Xbox One/Xbox Series X|SHold LB and press B
Nintendo SwitchHold L and press A

However, be sure to gauge your power and distance correctly, and don’t forget about aiming using the left analog stick. This will give you the best chance of success while trying to execute a chip shot in FIFA 23.

With the new penalty kick system in FIFA 23, a Panenka penalty is more about timing, so take your risks accordingly. With enough practice, an onrushing goalkeeper becomes an opportunity rather than an obstacle to your team’s success.

How to Do a Power Shot in FIFA 23

1 year 7 months ago

Another year of EA’s FIFA franchise is upon us—for the final time, in fact. And while players undoubtedly will want to jump right into the various modes this installment has to offer, it’s crucial to know the basics. That’s why we’re here to explain how to do a power shot in FIFA 23.

FIFA 23 Power Shot Guide

As it happens, pulling off a power shot in FIFA 23 is a fairly simple task. Though, as with everything, timing is crucial. But before focusing on that, let’s tackle the basics. Depending on the platform, this is all a player has to do to utilize a power shot:

  • Xbox: LB + RB + B
  • PS4 & PS5: L1 + R1 + Circle
  • Nintendo Switch: L + R + A

Pulling off a good, well-timed power shot has plenty of benefits for FIFA players, and the act itself remains fairly simple. Once you know how to utilize it, the when of the act becomes the most important factor. Not only that, but which type of player taking the power shot can make all the difference.

That’s all for now, though—everything players need to know to do a power shot in FIFA 23 is just above. And if you’re looking for more FIFA 23-related content, Twinfinite has you covered. Be sure to check out other news and guides bits such as the Ted Lasso and AFC Richmond reveal as well as whether or not Foot Golf is in the game—not to mention, even more at the links below.

How to Rainbow Flick in FIFA 23

1 year 7 months ago

Gameplay tweaks are always going to be part of the game, and the FIFA franchise is no different when it comes to looking for ways to alter in-game action for the better. Yet while this is the final collaboration between EA Sports and FIFA, not everything is going to be different. Which brings us to this guide, and how to rainbow flick in FIFA 23.

Rainbow Flick Guide for FIFA 23

If you’re looking to get one over on the defender, players have options. High amongst them is the risky yet rewarding rainbow flick. Pull it off and you may just look like a hero. Fail, however, and the result could prove very costly.

The move itself involves rolling the ball onto the heel before proceeding to kick it over your head and into the space ahead of you. Ideally, that takes the defender out of the equation entirely. And while it’s tricky to get right, it still only takes a combination of flicks on the right joystick.

Oh, and depending on who the player is using, they may be able to pull off an advanced rainbow flick as well. But before we get to that, here’s the difference in combinations between the two:

  • Rainbow Flick: Right stick – Down, Up, Up
  • Advanced Rainbow Flick: Right stick – Down, Hold Up, Up

The advanced version of the move kicks the ball a bit further in front of the player. For a player to be able to execute the basic version, they’ll need four-star skill moves. In order to utilize the advanced version, they’ll need five-star skill moves.

How to Score Low Driven Shots in FIFA 23

1 year 7 months ago

Low-driven shots have always been an effective way of scoring in FIFA games, and while they’re still in FIFA 23, the way you go about performing them has changed. In this guide, we’ll explain everything you need to know about how to perform low-driven shots in FIFA 23 and why the input has changed.

In the past, players have had to hold the shoulder buttons on their controller (LB + RB on Xbox and L1 + R1 on PlayStation) while holding B/ Circle (the shoot button). Your player would then drive a shot low across the ground and, ideally, into one of the corners to make it incredibly hard for the goalkeeper to save it.

However, with the introduction of the power shot in FIFA 23, which uses this input method for low-driven shots in past FIFA games, the way you go about doing them in the latest entry in the EA Sports series has changed.

FIFA 23 Low-Driven Shot Control Inputs on Xbox & PlayStation

To perform a low-driven shot, you’ll need to power up your shot by pressing and holding B/ Circle to between 20 and 30 percent on your power bar. Release the shoot button, and you’ll fire off a low and fast shot at goal.

Getting the amount of power just right will take a little bit more skill and practice than pressing and holding the shoulder buttons as in the previous year. Whether they’ll be as effective as just using the new Power Shot, though, remains to be seen.

It’s worth knowing how to score low-driven shots because some objectives in Ultimate Team may require you to score using them, as was the case in previous entries in FIFA. Again, whether EA Sports will opt to instead have players use the Power Shot instead, though, remains to be seen.

That’s everything you need to know on how to score low-driven shots in FIFA 23. For more tips and tricks on the game, be sure to check out our guides on

How to Score Green Timed Shots in FIFA 23

1 year 7 months ago

Timed finishing remains in FIFA 23, and while it may be on the trickier side, the reward is more than worth it. Fortunately for you, the player, all it takes is an extra well-timed button tap. So without further ado, this guide will tell you how to score green timed shots in FIFA 23.

Green Timed Shots Guide for FIFA 23

When you begin your FIFA 23 adventure, you’ll quickly learn that timed finishing is on by default. So once you get a game going, and find yourself in the opponent’s box, that’s when it’s time to go to work. Depending on the platform, here’s what you’ll need to do to execute a green timed shot in FIFA 23:

  • Xbox: B + B (timed)
  • PS4 & PS5: Circle + Circle (timed)
  • Nintendo Switch: A + A (timed)

We’ve been preaching timing with these pass and shot guides, but this time players have an in-game guide of their own. If the second button tap is timed poorly, you’ll see red above the player’s head. But if it’s timed correctly, you’ll see green.

Turn Off Timed Finishing

If you don’t want to mess around with the prospect of timed finishing to begin with, players can always turn it off. Fortunately, that process is simple:

  1. Find ‘Customize’ in the Main Menu.
  2. Then ‘Control Settings.’
  3. Finally, change ‘Timed Finishing’ to Off.

And that’s that, FIFA players—everything you need to know to score green timed finishing shots in FIFA 23. It’s not always about perfection, but sometimes it has to be.

How to Heel to Heel Flick in FIFA 23

1 year 7 months ago

Skill moves can be tough to master, but they can also make all the difference in game modes like Ultimate Team. FIFA 23 should be no different for players who are looking to gain an edge while on the attack, which is why this guide is going to explain how to pull off the heel to heel flick in FIFA 23.

FIFA 23 Heel to Heel Flick Guide

No matter which platform you’re using, the heel to heel flick is a simple maneuver and remains the same. All players have to do is initially flick the right joystick in the direction they’re already running, then immediately back in the opposite direction.

So if you’re running right, you’d flick the stick right and then left. If you’re running left, you’d flick the stick left and then right. As is often the case, though, whether or not a player can do this move will depend on their skill moves rating. Each player is given a rating out of five stars.

In order to utilize the heel to heel flick, players will need at least a four-star skill moves rating. If they meet this threshold, they’ll be able to backheel the ball from their leading foot before flicking it back with their trailing heel whenever you decide.

The heel to heel flick is great for creating space, and can be used to its fullest extent when trying to get a shot away in the opponent’s box. Aside from that, there isn’t too much to this one. Just be sure to use it before the defender is on top of you. Otherwise, you run the risk of giving the ball away.

Can You Do the Dab Celebration in FIFA 23? Answered

1 year 7 months ago

When a player scores a goal, they celebrate. It’s that simple. Some may go full Erling Haaland and be Zen, but others want to show everyone exactly how they feel. That said, when the human element enters the equation—as it does throughout the FIFA series—celebrations can be a means of embarrassment and irritation. That brings us to the dab celebration, and whether or not it can be done in FIFA 23.

Doing the Dab Celebration in FIFA 23

Players are unable to do the dab celebration in FIFA 23.

For the third year running, players will not be able to dab when they score a goal. This continues the trend of EA attempting to remove levels of toxicity from the game. Other celebrations that have been disallowed in the past include the shush, calm down, and A-OK taunts.

For what it’s worth, removing these types of animations only serves to speed up gameplay in general. Not to mention, there are countless celebrations to lean on anyway. We recommend the easy, inoffensive signature celebration—which can be done by pressing A on Xbox, X on PS4 & PS5, and B on the Nintendo Switch.

We also get the sense that even without these celebrations, players will find a way to get under the skin of their opponent. It’s human nature, after all. Especially when it comes to online competitive videogame play.

How to Get Loyalty in FIFA 23

1 year 7 months ago

With FIFA 23 upon us, players are always looking forward to one of its biggest elements: Ultimate Team. The tweaks from last year to this are small, yet big enough to register. Chemistry is different, for example. Yet for those who are interested in SBCs and making the most of their squad chemistry, this guide will tell you everything you need to know in order to get loyalty in FIFA 23.

FIFA 23 Loyalty Guide

When it comes to acquiring loyalty in FUT, some things never have to change. These two ways are how you do so:

  1. Players from packs are automatically loyal.
  2. Players that play 10 matches for your club become loyal.

That’s it. And yet, it may become a bit tedious to get every player up to 10 matches played—especially if that player isn’t even someone you want in your squad. Say you want a specific player for an SBC, then what?

Fortunately, there’s a way to work around the 10-match minimum that will take a fraction of the time.

How to Do the Loyalty Glitch in FIFA 23

Once you boot up Ultimate Team, make sure every player that you need for the loyalty bonus is in your squad. If you’re submitting a squad specifically for an SBC, simply copy the squad from the SBC page and put it into a new squad of your own.

Next, you’ll want to take your squad to the Live FUT Friendlies page and pick from any game mode. From there, players will need to play 10 matches—but they won’t have to complete them in order for it to count. You can quit a match after just a few minutes and it will still count as played. Do this 10 times and the loyalty bonus will have been achieved.

How to Do a Driven Through Pass in FIFA 23

1 year 7 months ago

Timing the perfect pass has been a crucial aspect throughout the FIFA series. And with the final installment of EA Sports’ long-running partnership with FIFA, that isn’t about to change. There’s always going to be a way to split the midfield and open up the opposing defense. So without further ado, here’s how to do a driven through pass in FIFA 23.

Driven Through Pass Guide for FIFA 23

Now, not every footballer is able to pull off an exceptional through pass. But, every FIFA player is capable of attempting one. And as always, attempting a driven (or threaded) through pass in FIFA 23 will come down to which platform you’re playing on:

  • Xbox: RB + Y
  • PS4 & PS5: R1 + Triangle
  • Nintendo Switch: R + X

As with every pass throughout the FIFA franchise, timing is of the utmost importance. If utilized correctly, it can open up a world of opportunities on the break. If not, it leads to nothing but a frustrating—yet perhaps unavoidable—turnover. Again, it’s all about timing.

But that’s it for now, fellow footballers—everything you need to know in order to do a driven through pass in FIFA 23. And if you’re looking for more FIFA 23-related content, the good news is you do not have to go far. We’ve got other bits such as the top 23 Ultimate Team players in FIFA 23 as well as how to do the Griddy celebration.

Plus, Twinfinite has got you covered with endless links below, so don’t be afraid to reach out with a question if one comes to mind. We’ll be more than happy to lend a helping hand.

GTA publisher pulls out of People Can Fly project after two years

1 year 7 months ago

Take-Two Interactive, publisher of GTA and Borderlands, has pulled out of a development and publishing agreement with People Can Fly, the company behind Outriders and Gears of War Judgment.

A financial update from People Can Fly states that Take-Two is ditching the project after two years of work - but that development will still continue.

Codenamed Project Dagger, the game is said to be a new action adventure IP, which People Can Fly now retains the rights to. It sounds like Take-Two had the option to purchase these rights - which it has not exercised.
