Today, Xbox announced that Rainbow Six Extraction, a co-op survival spin-off game of Rainbox Six Siege, will be a day one Game Pass release. In other words, if you’re an Xbox or PC Game Pass subscriber, you’ll be able to download Rainbow Six Extraction for free when it comes out on Jan. 20.

On top of that, regular ol’ Rainbow Six Siege will be available on both services as well on the same date. Players that play both games will get access to gear included in the United Front Bundle.

In addition to revealing this exciting development for Rainbow Six fans, Ubisoft & Xbox also dropped the news that Ubisoft+ will be coming to Xbox platforms sometime in the future. Ubisoft+ is a subscription service similar to EA Play that offers up access to a large amount of Ubisoft’s game library pass and present.

There’s not much left to say at this point about Xbox & PC Game Pass. They continue to be the best value in gaming and a major draw for players to play on PC and Xbox home consoles, especially those on a budget that have a thirst for playing lots of different kinds of video games.

If you’re interested in checking Rainbow Six Extraction out on PC, here are the recently released PC requirements.
