Sega is continuing to provide new information and assets about its upcoming online RPG Phantasy Star Online 2: New Genesis.

Two new images were provided by the official community Twitter account Rappy.Commu.

The first showcases some rather imposing reindeer-like animals that can be found on the planet, while the second shows a giant screen in Central city with the tease of possible musical events hosted in the game.

You can check them out below.

Phantasy Star Online 2: New Genesis will come for the same platforms as Phantasy Star Online 2 which in the west is (for now) Xbox and PC, while in Japan it will release for PS4, Nintendo Switch, and PC.

If you want to see more, you can check out the latest gameplay from just before Christmas, and the previously-released footage and see how much the game has improved since then.

Incidentally, the latest gameplay showcases an in-depth view at the Central City hub mentioned above, on top of pretty much every known aspect of the game, including the extremely deep character creation.

We also get to see a glimpse at the new engine that will provide a fresh coat of paint for the original Phantasy Star Online 2, bringing it almost up to par with New Genesis.
