Fallout 76 Is Getting Custom Private Servers in the Form of Fallout Worlds

2 years 9 months ago

Just a few days back, Bethesda teased the reopening of the Public Test Server for Fallout 76, and stated that they were working on a new major feature for the game. That new feature has just been revealed today, and it looks like players will soon get the chance to tweak custom settings in their own private servers.

Fallout Worlds will allow you to access public worlds, which are accessible to all players and crafted by Bethesda themselves. It will also allow you to create your own private custom world, where you can play around with the limits and parameters and tweak them to your liking.

“With Fallout Worlds, your imagination is the limit when under the sky of your own personal Appalachia. Utilizing a wide list of customizable settings, players can construct C.A.M.P.s in previously restricted areas or even remove the need for electricity to establish a builder’s paradise. Love Fallout 76’s survival mechanics? You can double down on braving Appalachia’s untamed wilds by changing the PVP rules and difficulty settings. And those are but two examples of what’s possible in Fallout Worlds.”

The feature is now available on the Public Test Server, and will be added to the game later this year.
