8 months 2 weeks ago

As Starfield players work through the early access period they’re getting to grips with the game’s robust ship creation mechanic — with predictable results.

Early creations are based on famous spaceships from across the science fiction world, with TikToker spectrexgaming at the forefront of the burgeoning Starfield ship creation community.

Let’s kick this roundup off with the Enterprise from Star Trek:

The inevitable shift from Star Trek to Star Wars starts with a mini Star Destroyer:

Here’s an X-Wing:

And, of course, the Millennium Falcon:

Bringing it back to Xbox, we’ve got the Halo UNSC frigate Forward Unto Dawn:

And here’s a Pelican from Halo:

Sticking with video games, of course there’s the Normandy from Mass Effect:

And finally, redditor Fishbait37 recreated NASA’s space shuttle Challenger, although the replies show plenty of people think it looks like something else entirely.

As well as the ships mentioned above, spectrexgaming has also made the Razercrest, Serenity, and Daedalus. It’s early days for Starfield, so expect player-made ships to only get more impressive in the weeks ahead.
