No Man’s Sky Is Coming to Nintendo Switch

2 years 3 months ago

Hello Games has announced that No Man's Sky is coming to Nintendo Switch this summer.

Announced as part of today's Nintendo Direct, the ambitious space-faring survival game that originally launched on PS4 and PC back in 2016, will soon be available in a portable form.

This is a full version of No Man's Sky, including five years worth of updates. That means the many features introduced in updates such as Foundation, Pathfinder, Companions, and more will all be included, although it presumably doesn't include the next-gen focused updates added as part of the Next update. This is, after all, a Switch and thus has modest hardware compared to a PS5 and Xbox Series X.

No firm release date has been set, but No Man's Sky will be available on Switch sometime this summer.

For more from No Man's Sky, check out what arrived in its most recent update back in October, and the major Frontiers update earlier in the year.
