Workbench - Auto Shop

Found after you fight against the large Seraphite with the two-handed hammer, retrieve your pack and then open the gate to find shelter, and the workbench will be found on the left corner of the garage.

Artifact - Failed Truce

Once you enter the auto shop, proceed into a backroom kitchen area, and look on a table opposite some vending machines to find a note left behind.

Training Manual - Firearms

From the auto shop’s backroom, head right to enter a waiting room, and the training manual may be found on a cabinet against the window by a boarded up door.
