Control: Ultimate Edition is out on Nintendo Switch today as a cloud version of the game.
IGN's Game of the Year for 2019 got a quick gameplay trailer in today's Nintendo Direct Mini Partner Showcase. It looks better than you'd expect from Switch hardware, but that's because it will require a persistent internet connection to run.
The eShop listing for the game leads you to a free launcher program, which offers the ability to try a 10-minute demo version of the game, which is available either with "enhanced performance" or "enhanced graphics". You have to play 5 minutes of that demo in order buy an access pass for the full game.
The access pass costs $39.99 / £34.99 and lets players play the original game and the two expansion packs. There are two graphics settings, an enhanced performance mode that turns off ray tracing but boosts framerate to 60fps and an enhanced graphics mode with ray tracing at 30fps.

We've seen cloud games of performance-intensive games on Switch before, most notably with Japanese releases for Resident Evil 7 and Assassin's Creed Odyssey. It seems it's a trend that may be coming west, as Hitman 3 also got a cloud version announcement today.
