Check Out Will Ospreay Entering Wrestle Kingdom in Assassin's Creed Syndicate Cosplay

Will Ospreay donned entrance gear inspired by Jacob Frye from Ubisoft's Assassin's Creed Syndicate video game when he strutted into Japan's Tokyo Dome at Wrestle Kingdom 18.

Ospreay took inspiration from the wardrobe of master assassin Jacob Frye for his recent Wrestle Kingdom entrance, wearing a stylish top hat, a long hooded leather coat, and a gauntlet glove with a blade protruding from it. The British star thanked Ubisoft and Assassin's Creed on Twitter/X for allowing him to live "a lifelong dream."

He battled against Jon Moxley and David Finlay for the inaugural IWGP Global Heavyweight Championship, with Finlay emerging as the victor of the three-way brawl. However, the best-dressed title had to go to Ospreay or Moxley, who turned up in Red Hood-inspired gear, with details lifted from the DC Comics character.

Ospreay goes by the nickname "The Aerial Assassin" and has a signature move known as the "Hidden Blade," which both appear to be references to the Assassin's Creed video games, particularly 2015's Assassin's Creed Syndicate, in which Jacob features as one of the two main protagonists (alongside his sister Evie).

The Assassin's Creed tribute from Ospreay is one of many video game cosplays seen at wrestling events in recent times. It follows Kenny Omega's entrance at Wrestle Kingdom last year, who walked out wearing a costume reminiscent of Sephiroth from Final Fantasy 7 with the One Winged Angel theme playing.
