Ubisoft has created a new global creative office, which it says will elevate creativity and ensure that it delivers high quality games.
The organization will be made of poles, which Ubisoft said "will leverage [their] expertise to dive into the specificities of [their] audiences, game design and tech."
The company added that moving anyway from being a centralized firm can better support the key segments of the company.
