Sega opens Singapore office to research Southeast Asian market

Sega has opened a new office in Singapore to boost its activities across Southeast Asia.

The branch officially opened on October 13 and will be responsible for handling local market research, as well as marketing to promote Sega's titles and other initiatives in SEA, which the publisher expects to "grow significantly in future."

"Singapore has achieved remarkable economic growth as a major hub in the Southeast Asian region given its convenient location and its business-friendly government policies," the company wrote in its announcement.
