UPDATE 23/01/24: Capcom has updated Monster Hunter Rise on Steam to ensure Steam Deck compatibility.
The latest patch notes for ver.16.0.2.0 have now been amended. "We have released a patch that addresses the issue of the game not running on Steam Deck after installing update Ver.16.0.2.0," reads the update. "We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused."
ORIGINAL STORY 22/01/24: A new update to Monster Hunter Rise on Steam which adds Enigma DRM has caused the game to no longer run on Steam Deck.
