And, this week, the aforementioned games temporarily discounted to zero pence in a grasp for your ongoing consumer loyalty are Borderlands: The Handsome Collection and Sludge Life.
Borderlands: The Handsome Collection, as its name vaguely implies, bundles up a quivering duo of titles from Gearbox's comedic first-person loot-and-shooter series. And, as a result, you'll be able to add Borderlands 2 and all its DLC, plus Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel, to your Epic library once you muster the mouse energy required to click the relevant button.
It's certainly not an offer to scoff at, with Borderlands 2 in particular nailing its mix of chaotically refined shooter action and winningly daffy presentation. The Pre-Sequel, however, while largely more of the same, didn't quite manage to make as much of an impact on release.
