NieR series creator Yoko Taro will appear on THE TRAD, a Square Enix music radio program, alongside series composer Keiichi Okabe. The program will discuss their various bodies of work, including Voice of Cards and the NieR series. Both Yoko Taro and Okabe will appear on THE TRAD radio program through TOKYO FM on February 24, 2022. Yoko Taro and Okabe have tweeted about their upcoming appearances on their individual Twitter accounts.

Previously, Final Fantasy XIV composer Masayoshi Soken appeared on the program. During the program, Soken explained his creative process while creating the music and sound effects for Final Fantasy XIV. The upcoming program doesn't have an outline available, though. The announcement simply revealed that Yoko Taro and Keiichi Okabe will discuss the NieR series alongside Voice of Cards.

Voice of Cards: The Forsaken Maiden is the latest game in the Voice of Cards series. It's a standalone game with an all new cast and a story that focuses on various shrine maidens and their individual servants. It also has several quality of life features, like a high speed function. While Voice of Cards does carry over some staff from the Drakengard series, it is completely unconnected from that series of games.
