VTuber Eilene posted her will on YouTube, explaining that her business partner (H) defrauded her for over 20 million yen (around $134k). She explains in a statement that she is telling her story in hopes that she can prevent someone else going through what she did in the future, and that she wants someone to help her family after she is gone.

The whole message and story is available on both Eilene’s YouTube account and her Twitter (X) account. To summarize, Eilene explains that she created a certain VTuber agency (H) in 2022 and sold her company after she became sick. She sold it to a Chinese person (G) with powerful connections and a lot of money. However, G refused to pay the livers in the agency, as well as insulted VTubers in the company. For a year and a half, Eilene had to work for free and pay the livers out of her own pocket.

Though it’s been around two years since she sold the company, G has not once shown her a P/L statement and owes her over 20 million JPY. He has recently shifted to threatening her, and the stress has caused her to rely on drugs for her mental health. Whenever the effects of the drugs wear off, she has the strong urge to commit suicide. She has discussed this with her lawyers and the authorities in Japan. However, most of them have stated that there is not much they can do to G. She has enough evidence to win a court case against G. However, there is the chance that they can't make any arrests due to G living in China or G using a proxy in Japan.

At the end of the message, Eilene adds that this is not an issue with Chinese people. It doesn’t matter where the other person comes from; it only matters what methods they use. The only regret she has is her family, and she hopes that someone will take care of them after she passes.

Eilene is one of the world’s first VTubers, with her first video appearing on YouTube in March 2014. She uploaded it onto a channel that later became the Mirai Akari Project Channel, which officially started in 2017. Eilene has stated multiple times in her will that she will discuss certain topics "in more detail in the next video."
