People with JoJo's Bizarre Adventure All-Star Battle R can now see Stone Ocean characters Weather Forecast, aka Weather Report, and Father Pucci (Final) settle things. Both characters are now available in-game. They are available for free. They also appear just as the last batch of Stone Ocean's episodes show up to stream on Netflix. Those debuted on December 1, 2022.
There's a new trailer showing Weather Forecast and Father Pucci (Final) face each other in a Stone Ocean stage. It hints at certain plot elements from this part of JoJo's Bizarre Adventure. However, there are no spoilers for the series in the video.

JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure: All-Star Battle R is available on the PS4, PS5, Nintendo Switch, Xbox Series X, Xbox One, and Windows PC. The last DLC character to appear was Risotto Nero. The final episodes of the Stone Ocean anime adaptation are now available on Netflix.
