Back when Square Enix announced the FFXIV Fan Festival 2023 ticket sales, it noted there may or may not be a general sales period. At the time, it noted there would first be a lottery for active players to get tickets. Now it confirmed there will be a general sales period on March 15, 2023, with "several thousand tickets" available. People will be able to order tickets from Showclix once sales open.
As mentioned before, the initial run involved people who play FFXIV registering for a chance to get to buy FFXIV Fan Festival 2023 tickets. Those who were picked could enter a code starting on March 6, 2023 to get up to two per code. The initial announcement made it sound like there was a chance no tickets would remain for a more general admission.
As for the exact timing, FFXIV Fan Festival 2023 general ticket sales will open at 9am PT/12pm ET on March 15, 2023 for the Las Vegas event. As with the player-exclusive phase, people will once again be limited to two tickets. Each ticket will be $199.99 and guarantee people access to the July 28-29, 2023 at the Las Vegas Convention Center. Attendees will also get a goody bag.
