Sega revealed four Samba de Amigo: Party Central DLC packs. Two will appear on August 29, 2023, the same day the Switch game launches. The other two will show up on September 27, 2023. Each one will cost $4.99 and include three songs.
The Samba de Amigo: Party Central DLC falls into two categories. Two packs feature game music, and the other two feature more popular tracks. So in August 2023 we’ll see the Japanese Music Pack and Sonic the Hedgehog Music Pack. In September, the K-Pop Music Pack and Sega Music Pack appear.
Here’s the full list of DLC packs’ songs so far:
- Japanese Music Pack: Eve’s “Kaikai Kitan,” Hatsune Miku’s “King,” and Ken Matsudaira’s “Matsuken Samba II.”
- Sonic the Hedgehog Music Pack: Sonic Adventure’s “Open Your Heart,” Sonic Colors Ultimate’s “Reach of the Stars (Re-Colors),” and Sonic Frontiers “I’m Here.”
- Sega Music Pack: Rhythm Thief and the Emperor’s Treasure’s “Rhythm Thief Theme,” Space Channel 5 “Go Go Cheer Girl,” and Yakuza’s “Baka Mitai (Taxi Driver Edition).”
Sega didn’t note which tracks will appear in the K-Pop Music Pack.
While the K-Pop Music Pack will also appear on September 27, 2023, Sega didn’t note which three tracks will appear in that add-on.
As a reminder, this is one of three Samba de Amigo games coming out in 2023. If you are an Apple Arcade subscriber, you can play Samba de Amigo: Party-to-Go on August 29, 2023. We’ll also see the Samba de Amigo VR game on the Meta Quest 2 and Meta Quest Pro in Fall 2023.
Samba de Amigo: Party Central will come to the Nintendo Switch on August 29, 2023, and its first two DLC packs will debut that same day.
