A new SP battlesuit is coming to Honkai Impact 3rd for Pardofelis. Reverist Calico, as someone can tell from the name, has a cat theme. Ahead of its debut, miHoYo shared a video looking at footage of the new heroine and discussing her development. The new character will consist of both the heroine and her pet cat, Can. She’ll also be the first Chakram-user.
After a brief peek at the Reverist Calico battlesuit in action in Honkai Impact 3rd, details about its development came up. A member of the staff clarified the Flame Chaser isn’t a “beastkin” kind of character from a different race. However, since established characters like Elysia had more unusual looks, it meant the team had the freedom to give “Pardo” cat ears and a tail. This was explained as “meta-morph surgery.” Her ears will even be animated in-game. The initial concept also mentioned how “she’s the average person in a group of super soldiers.” Her look is also designed to resemble a dancer.

Honkai Impact 3rd is available on PCs and mobile devices. The 5.6 update is expected to release in March 2022. In 5.5, the Palatinus Equinox battlesuit appeared in Honkai Impact 3rd.
