On September 2, 2023, new Halloween-themed Pokemon plush and merchandise will appear at the Pokemon Center in Japan. The theme is "Paldea Spooky Halloween," featuring characters from the latest mainline games Pokemon Scarlet and Pokemon Violet. A variety of items will be available, including plushies of Pokémon dressed in Halloween costumes, plates, keychains, and mugs. The Pokémon Center Online will begin selling these products on August 31, 2023. Orders from outside Japan can be taken there. We could also see these in the worldwide Pokemon Center storefront eventually as well.

The Paldea Spooky Halloween collection of merchandise at the Pokemon Center in Japan will be available in-stores from September 2, 2023. The Pokemon Center Online will take orders from outside Japan beginning August 31, 2023. Pokemon Scarlet and Pokemon Violet are available worldwide on the Nintendo Switch.
