Black Cage Hina is a Marine officer, and she made her first appearance in One Piece during the Alabasta Saga. She ate the Cage-Cage Fruit, known as Bind-Bind Fruit in the Viz Manga and Ori Ori no Mi in the original Japanese manga, which gives her the power to create iron shackles from her body and trap her enemies in them.

MegaHouse recently announced that a new Portrait of Pirates RE-MAXIMUM figure of Uta is currently in the making.
