Kingdom Hearts Halloween Town Sora Plush Toy

Sega Plaza announced its latest Kingdom Hearts plush toy based on Halloween Town Sora. It will be arriving in stores across Japan on September 8, 2023 as a prize item. This plush toy is based Sora's altered appearance in Kingdom Hearts 2 when he visits Halloween Town, the world based on Tim Burton's iconic stop-animation film The Nightmare Before Christmas. In October 2023, Sega will be releasing a King Mickey and Shadow dome cushion as the next sequential prize item.

Previous Sega prize plush toys released earlier in 2023 included Axel, Roxas, Goofy, and Donald Duck. The Axel plush toy can still be found in some stores across Japan. Sega has been producing special Kingdom Hearts prizes since 2021 encompassing a variety of different pieces of merchandise: watches, pillows, posters, floor mats, and cups.

Square Enix released their own plushies as well for the Kingdom Hearts series, including a posable King Mickey plush doll which released earlier this year in May. Other pieces of merchandise released by Square Enix include light-up Keyblades, a vinyl boxset with 36 songs from the games, two music boxes, a $2,000 chair, and jewelry.

Kingdom Hearts 4 is currently in development. Missing-Link is also in development for mobile devices.
