You should also make sure to have 9 Nagadus Emerald Fragments, 9 Nagadus Emerald Chunks, and 6 Nagadus Emerald Gemstones. You can get Quelled Creepers from the Dendro Hypostasis in the Land of Lower Setekh. Meanwhile, Mourning Flowers grow in abundance around water in the Girdle of the Sands. As for Fungal Spores and related materials, Fungus enemies drop them.
