HoYoVerse announced the Honkai: Star Rail Special Program 1.2 will air on July 8, 2023. People will be able to tune in at 4:30am PT/7:30am ET/1:30pm CET. It will air on YouTube. The preliminary art also suggested the voice actors for Blade, Kafka, and Welt will act as hosts.

These special programs tend to function in the same way ones for Genshin Impact and Honkai Impact 3rd do. We get to see the upcoming playable characters for the patch. New story chapters and events are teased. There are also typically codes for free in-game currency that are good for a single day. Sometimes other announcements related to merchandise like soundtracks or real-world events also come up.
Honkai: Star Rail is available for PCs and mobile devices. The PS5 version is in development and should be out before 2023 ends. The Honkai: Star Rail Special Program 1.2 will air at 4:30am PT/7:30am ET/1:30pm CET on July 8, 2023.
