Hakos Baelz, a Hololive EN Vtuber who is part of the Promise group and formerly of Council, will be on a brief break. She announced on social media that she’s moving to Japan during January 2024.
Here is Baelz’s official announcement. She noted that this will be a brief break and said that she “will try to stream.” She also cited that in addition to the move, some of the other things that will keep her busy over the next few days and weeks will be finding a place to live, singing, and preparations for next month.
Her last stream before the break was held on January 8, 2024. That was an unarchived karaoke stream. Prior to that, she did participate in the 2024 Hololive New Year’s Cup. However, she didn’t make it into the final 12 competitors, though she did note before that “I just need to beat IRyS.” You can still watch an archived stream of her performance during the races.
Another thing Hakos Baelz is planning is a Hololive EN Vtuber cover of the song “Mind Craft.” That will involve every member of the English branch performing together. It’s been delayed a few times, and there’s no set release date for it yet.
