The Shinra-8 is a cruise ship that transports travelers between the eastern and western continents and is operated by the Shinra Electric Power Company. The vessel is captained by Captain Titov, a captain who is well-respected by the sailors who serve under him. He also has a good reputation for being hardworking and passionate. Captain Titov also serves as the host for the various entertainment events held on the Shinra-8, which includes the Queen's Blood tournament. He is voiced by Tsuyoshi Koyama in Japanese and Jonathan Lipow in English.
The ship journeys from Junon Port and stops at the resort town of Costal del Sol. Aboard the ship, many different travelers partake in the Queen's Blood tournament as a way to stay entertained while making the long journey across the sea.
