FFVII February 2023 Calendar Shows Original and Remake Versions of Cloud

Every month for over a year now, Square Enix has been sharing Final Fantasy VII calendar images for people to use on mobile devices and PCs. Now that a new month kicked off, that triggered the release of another one. However, to commemorate the game’s 25th anniversary, there isn’t just one option. For February 2023, people can choose between FFVII and FFVII Remake calendar images starring Cloud.

First, here is how the classic version of the FFVII February 2023 Cloud calendar looks. It features him in front of the Mako Reactor with the Buster Sword on his back.

Next, here are the FFVII Remake versions of that features Cloud in that same position.

Both of the calendars call out February 7th. That is Aerith Gainsborough's birthday.

While these calendar releases tend to only involve the remake, others can come up. For example, the December 2022 one was Crisis Core: FFVII Reunion themed. That one starred Cloud, Zack, and Sephiroth.

Final Fantasy VII Remake is available on the PS4, PS5, and PC. FFVII Rebirth, its sequel, will continue the story on the PS5 in 2023. However, there's no exact release date for it yet. People will also get to re-experience certain storylines from past games in FFVII Ever Crisis, which will enter the beta phase in Summer 2023.
