Atlus shared the streaming guides for Persona 3 Reload addressing spoilers and content people can show. To put it in simple terms, you will be able to stream and upload videos from the entire game.
The only caveat is that if you’re going to upload a Persona 3 Reload video containing spoilers, you should include a warning in the title or the description. This is so that you do not accidentally ruin the experience for someone who has not played Persona 3 before. If you have access to the game prior to its release, you cannot stream or upload anything from it. As well, you must make sure that you include ©ATLUS and ©SEGA in the video.
Other rules are mostly the same as previous ones from Atlus. Your video has to be transformative in some way, such as with a voice-over, and you cannot upload videos for the sole purpose of listening to the music from the game. Atlus also forbids you uploading onto a site that has a paywall. You cannot make any content slandering people, including specific players, or upload videos of you modding the game. If Atlus tells you to take down a video because you’ve infringed on these rules, then you must do so immediately.
Atlus letting people upload content from the entirety of Persona 3 Reload might be because this is a remake of the original Persona 3. It should not have any major changes to the story either, according to developer interviews. This is probably the same reason Atlus allowed people to stream or upload videos in Persona 5 Royal so long as it didn’t include content past the third semester, which was new to Royal.
Persona 3 Reload will come out for the PS4, PS5, Windows PC, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X on February 2, 2024.
