HoYoVerse released the 1.3 Honkai: Star Rail patch notes, which go over the new characters, multiple events, and maintenance compensation. The three new characters are the five-stars Dan Heng Imbibitor Lunae and Fu Xuan, while Lynx Landau. We’ll also get access to the new Aurum Alley location, complete with a Aurum Alley’s Hustle and Bustle event to introduce it. The update 1.3 patch notes also specify that in addition to the standard Honkai: Star Rail maintenance compensation, there will also be bug compensation.
The total Honkai: Star Rail compensation noted in the patch notes for 1.3 is 600 Stellar Jades. 300 is the normal amount for maintenance. The other 300 is for bug fixes. As long as someone’s Trailblaze Level is over 4, they can claim it.

Dan Heng • Imbibitor Lunae is a DPS character who can consume multiple Skill Points to trigger an array of powerful abilities. Uses the unique Squama Sacrosancta to offset Imbibitor Lunae's Skill Point consumption.
■ 5-star Fu Xuan (Preservation: Quantum)
Fu Xuan is a defensive character who can apportion and reduce the DMG taken by all allies and increase the CRIT Rate of all allies. When Fu Xuan's HP is at a certain percentage or lower than that, she will restore her HP.
■ 4-star Lynx (Abundance: Quantum)
Lynx is a character who can increase the Max HP of an ally, provide continuous healing, and dispel debuffs from all allies. Meanwhile, Lynx can designate an ally on the Path of Destruction or Preservation to have a higher chance of being attacked by enemies.

Obtainable through Brilliant Fixation Light Cone Event Warp.
■ 5-star Light Cone "She Already Shut Her Eyes (Preservation)"

Trailblaze Power System Optimization
Trailblaze Power cap is raised from 180 to 240.
Reserved Trailblaze Power is added. When Trailblaze Power reaches or exceeds the max limit, Reserved Trailblaze Power will begin to regenerate over time. Reserved Trailblaze Power recovers 1 point every 18 minutes for a max of 2400 points. Reserved Trailblaze Power can withdraw an equivalent amount of Trailblaze Power for a max of 240 points each time.
Stickers can now be sent in chats with friends.
The Settings icon is added to the login screen, so that Trailblazers can change certain game settings before logging in to the game.

Added the Phone Wallpaper function. Trailblazers can switch their Phone wallpaper by selecting the in-game "Phone" button, selecting the "..." button in the upper right corner, then selecting the "Phone Wallpaper" button.
