PC Games Are On Sale For Cheap In Latest Newegg Sale

3 years 3 months ago

PC hardware store Newegg is discounting a few dozen PC games for Steam and other launchers this weekend, offering game keys for much cheaper than we regularly see them. The Newegg game sale includes titles like Civilization VI, Star Wars Squadrons, and Frostpunk as well as DLC and season passes for certain games. The deals are available until Sunday, so now's a great time to pick up some new PC games for the weekend.

Each game in the sale is discounted upfront, but specific promo codes are available that drop the price even lower. The code varies for each game, so be sure to copy the promo code on the listing and apply it during checkout. The codes slash up to an additional 20% off, so you can get some of these games for dirt cheap.

Highlights from the games sale include Civ VI's Platinum Edition for just $27 (down from $100). This gets you both major expansions and a bunch of other DLC in addition to the base game, and the key redeems on Steam. Also included is the brutal city-management/survival game Frostpunk, which is just $8 in the sale. You can also nab its season pass for $18. Several EA titles are on sale for cheap in the sale as well, though note that these redeem on Origin, not Steam. Those include Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order for $22, Mass Effect Andromeda for $9, Battlefield V for $13, and last year's Star Wars Squadrons for $21.59. Remember to use the promo code indicated under the game name on the listing for the full discount.
