Call Of Duty 2020: Everything We Know So Far

Activision typically announces a new Call of Duty game around May each year, and it's followed up with gameplay footage at E3 the next month. Unfortunately, 2020 is not like other years and fans are still completely in the dark about the latest game--at least in terms of official details. Some bits of information appear to have leaked over the last few weeks, and they point to a Treyarch-developed Call of Duty: Black Ops game. Here is what we know, including rumors and reports, about 2020's new Call of Duty game so far.

It's Likely A Black Ops Game

Black Ops has been one the Call of Duty series' biggest brands since its inception, and Treyarch's games are known for their tremendous multiplayer and, with the exception of the campaign-free Black Ops 4, exciting storytelling.

In reports from several weeks ago, alleged leaker Okami13 tweeted that Call of Duty: Black Ops – Cold War would be this year's game. As the name suggests, it will apparently be going back to the '60s era of the original Black Ops game.
