Recently, Respawn added in map rotation to their battle royale game, Apex Legends. Since then, fans have been requesting the developers to tweak the rotation system. The developers have listened to the feedback and will be implementing a number of changes to the rotation.
Last week, we added in map rotation. After taking in all your feedback over the past 7 days, we've decided to make some changes to map rotation. Effective immediately, we'll be removing Nighttime Kings Canyon, and shortening how long regular Kings Canyon is available. pic.twitter.com/KcG6AbW3ZT

As the tweet above says, the Nighttime Kings Canyon map will be removed from the rotation completely. Kings Canyon was only supposed to be in the rotation for a period of time, but now the developers will be shortening this time before the map is phased out completely. Kings Canyon will still be available as a Ranked map option for those who prefer playing the map.
In other Apex Legends news, The Old Ways Lore Event is still running until April 21, offering a Town Takeover in World's Edge and a new exclusive prize track with exclusive cosmetics.
