Today, during Electronic Arts’ quarterly conference call for investors and analysts, chief executive officer Andrew Wilson talked about the performance of Mass Effect: Legendary Edition.

According to Wilson, the Legendary Edition “reignited the passion of fans around the world” for the franchise, driving sales “well above” Electronic Arts’ expectations.

Considering the fact that many appeared to have fallen out of love with Mass Effect, this is certainly an achievement.
