How to Download Overwatch 2?
Downloading Overwatch 2 is relatively easy. Here is the complete set of instructions for the same.
- Create a Battle.net account by opening this link.
As part of the free-to-play transition, all players must attach an eligible cell phone number to their Battle.net Account to play Overwatch 2.
- Head to the Shop section inside the application and search for Overwatch 2.
Click on the topmost result to open the Overwatch 2 page.
- Click on the Play for free button to start downloading.
After clicking the button, you will be asked to select the download folder. Once the download is finished, you can launch the game from the desktop or directly from the Battle.net client.
Besides registration, players must also own the original copy of Overwatch to be eligible for the beta. As per Blizzard, Overwatch buyers will automatically get a free copy of Overwatch 2 when it’s launched globally.
