Netflix announced it will feature six events at Anime Japan at Tokyo Big Sight between March 25-26, 2023. It announced on Twitter that it will be share livestreams on March 25-26, 2023. You can watch both days of the event on YouTube. There is a placeholder for the first day and the second day online. The event will feature English subtitles. There will also be a Netflix Nijisanji after-party with two Vtubers.

Netflix Anime announced that the after-party stream for Anime Japan will occur on March 28, 2023. It will be held from 3am PT/6am ET/7pm JST. The event will feature Nijisanji Vtubers Ibrahim and Sou Hayase as guests. However, more information on the after-party will be posted at a later date.

Anime Japan is a yearly convention held in Japan's Tokyo Big Sight. 2023 marks the second year Anime Japan would take place in-person after it was canceled in 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The convention went virtual in 2021. Besides Netflix Anime, other well-known groups and companies attending the event include Aniplex, Good Smile Company, Sega, Bandai Namco, and many others.
